Q.When will I receive my order?  

A. Orders placed before 12 PM (noon) Monday through Friday will be processed promptly. Most orders will be shipped within 3 business days via UPS. Delivery typically takes an additional 1–3 business days after shipment. Please except some delay during sale periods.


QI would like to pick up my order, how do I do that?  

A. Unfortunately at this time we cannot offer pickup through our online store. If you prefer to pick up, then you will have to call your local office to place your order.

 

Q. What physical locations do you have?

A. Sanova Dermatology has 7 locations in Texas and Louisiana. For a full list click here.

 

Q. Can I use more than one discount code on a single purchase? 

A. No, only one discount code can be used per purchase.

 

Q. Can you ship internationally?  

A. No, at this time we cannot process orders for international shipments.

 

Q. Who do I contact if I am having difficulty placing an order?

Q. What to do if my order arrives damaged?  

A. Contact us via email at orders@shopmdskincare.com A customer service representative will reply within one business day to help resolve any issues you may have encountered.

 

Q. I have a Brilliant Distinctions account; can I earn and redeem points through this store?  

A. If you have a Brilliant Distinctions account, we will manually issue points for your SkinMedica products purchased through our online store.  We are unable to redeem Brilliant Distinctions points, but they may be redeemed in one of our offices or through our Brilliant Connections store. Q. Why am I unable to purchase SkinBetter Science products in the store? 

A. SkinBetter Science does not currently allow for online sales of their products.

 

Q. How do I cancel my subscription order?

A. Log into your account and click on "Manage Subscriptions". You will be able to make changes in this section. If you are having difficulty, please reach out to us at orders@shopmdskincare.com and we can support with this.
